At Xayah, every piece of jewelry is collected with care, intention, and love — made to celebrate your essence and elevate your everyday moments.

We truly hope you adore your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an easy return or exchange, because your satisfaction means everything to us.


💞 Eligibility

  1. Return Window
    You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Condition of the Item
    To be eligible, the jewelry must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

    • Returned in its original packaging with all tags and safety seals intact

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

    • Earrings and ear cuffs

    • Nose pins or any body-piercing jewelry

    • Products purchased during the sale or promotional offers


💎 Return or Exchange Process

  1. Email us at: xayahakastore@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • The Product Name

    • A short note about the reason for return/exchange

    • Clear photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is received, our care team will personally assist you through the next steps.


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a pickup and cover the return shipping.

  • For all other return requests (like change of mind), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


💍 Exchanges

You may exchange an item for:

  • A different size, or

  • Another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies)

Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of your request.


🌸 Damaged or Defective Pieces

If you receive a damaged or defective piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
